- small schema update.
- added more language strings to jot lexicon resources.
- update to default css file
- first implementation of post delay using modRegistry
- added preview state to form
- added submit button type to form generator
- code cleanup + descriptions

- fixed: relation error in schema for jotNode
- template - added: more jot css classes to jot.css
- improved jot api (needs tweaking)
- improved form generator (needs tweaking)
- renamed all chunks to camelCase to avoid conflicts - they now all use the "namespace" jot.
- dynamic fields: schema changes.
- dynamic fields: add to comment display if available.
- dynamic fields: better logic to add dynamic fields to collectionGraph when limit is used.
- lexicon: added more language strings to web foci (changes reflected in chunks also).
- lexicon: added manager foci.
- several additions to jotSnippet and the xPDOSimpleObject derived classes (needs tweaking)
