- Okay, so I lied. One more rebuild, to fix the actions -> tools menu, and to add "Namespaces" as an option.
- Also fix svn issue where the lexicon dir didnt copy for some reason
- Initial development of Namespaces page. Is blank for now, committing to prevent future rebuilds.
- Added new lexicon focus: namespace

[REBUILD REQUIRED]
- MAJOR rewrite of the lexicon/language files system. Now lexicons are stored in the DB and cached; loaded dynamically by the system.
- Added modNamespace, modLexiconEntry, modLexiconLanguage, modLexiconFocus
- Added Lexicon Managment page, where you can dynamically add/edit lexicon strings for any Focus/Namespace
- Namespaces group lexicon foci, as well as resources and transport packages (this solves bug with uninstalling, which will be fixed soon)
- Note this requires a full rebuild/resetup. Testing is needed.

Left to do:
- UI for Foci/Namespaces
- Fixes to package builder (old methods of using $modx->lexicon no longer work)
- Import/Export lexicon foci ability
- Make package builder automatically add in namespace's lexicon entries

- [#MODX-184] Fixed show in menu checkbox, should have been labeled "Hide Menu" since the opposite is true in the database. Changed to match DB column properties.
