* Removed manager/includes, including removing dependencies on accesscheck, accesscontrol, and actionlist (moved config_check and actionlist to the system processors.

- Now allows for subdir lexicons (ie, jot.message would go to /lang/english/jot/message.inc.php)

- $modx->lexicon is now handled with () instead of []
