* Merged 0.9.7-abac branch (r) introducing a radically new security model (Attribute-Based Access Control) for the MODx core that can be easily customized to emulate different schemes, and extended to power addon-specific authorization/permission code.
(NOTE: This is an initial introduction of the new security model, and many legacy functions and features still need to be adjusted to respect the new implementation and ignore the old.)

- Widgets are now rendered through processors, properties for manager page in dynamic /element/tv/renders/ tpls, so can be rendered differently for diff. manager templates
- InputTypes and Widgets can now be added by simply adding files to their respective directories
